Comfortable pool and sunbathing area was enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very inconsistent throughout my stay. I often found it uncomfortable in both the room and common areas. I struggled to get proper assistance from the staff, as they were unresponsive to my requests and inquiries, which added to my frustration.

We loved the location, which was a short walk to lovely sandy beaches with calm seas. The pool area was comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a day out, especially for the kids. We also enjoyed the variety and quality of the dinner options.

The noise from the nearby road sometimes disturbed our sleep.

Enjoyed our stay in a clean room with reliable air conditioning. The staff were friendly, especially Sylvia at reception, who helped us find great local restaurants. We loved the nearby Cacao Beach for water sports and the land train ride to Nesebar. Remember to ask for coffee supplies!

the belleview hotel has a great pool area that's always clean and spacious. it's close to the beach, making it perfect for sun lovers. the staff was really helpful, especially when we had issues. plus, the free sun loungers were a lovely touch!

Access to local transport was easy, making day trips convenient. parking was a bit of a headache with limited spots available, and I often had to move my car to find a space. The air conditioning in our room had issues, often inconsistent, resulting in uncomfortable nights. The bathroom had a loose tile that made showering tricky. While the food quality at breakfast was decent, other dining options felt overpriced for what you got. Despite these inconveniences, the helpful manager stand out when we encountered problems. It was nice to see someone ready to assist when needed, but I wish there had been more proactive engagement to prevent issues from arising in the first place.
